Prescripción de la pena.
Artículo 84.-La pena prescribe:
1) En un tiempo igual al de la condena, más un tercio, sin que pueda exceder de veinticinco años ni bajar de tres, si fuere prisión, extrañamiento o interdicción de derechos;
2) En tres años, tratándose de días multa impuesta como consecuencia de los delitos; y
3) En un año si se tratare de contravenciones.
