Ecologistas que obstruyen el desarrollo en Costa Rica

El ecologismo es un variado movimiento político, social y global, que defiende la protección del medio ambiente. Tiene tres raíces principales: conservación y regeneración de los recursos naturales, preservación de la vida silvestre, y el movimiento para reducir la contaminación. Pese a que tiene gran relevancia este tipo de movimientos, en muchas ocasiones las ONGs de ambientalistas son una obstrucción para el desarrollo, debido que solo se enfocan en la protección conservacionista pero no en el desarrollo social de las personas, situación que ocurre a menudo en Costa Rica.
Como si fueran pocos los trámites burocráticos de una empresa, proyecto o negocio, muchas veces las empresas ya constituidas en el mercado o los emprendedores tiene que lidiar con los ambientalistas que no hay forma de que se les quede bien y su única finalidad es acabar con el proyecto que ellos consideran antiecológico.
Por ende, los ecologistas que quieren dañar la empresa recurrirán a todo tipo de procesos legales, desde ámbito administrativo hasta el ámbito judicial abarcando el derecho constitucional y hasta el proceso penal, donde el empresario puede ir a la cárcel.  Este tipo de situaciones se pueden prevenir con la asesoría legal adecuada antes de iniciar proyectos o en su defecto deberá recurrir al abogado idóneo para el ámbito judicial correspondiente acorde al tipo de proceso.
